In this context, it ensures the lawful protection and processing of personal data and acts with this understanding in all its planning and activities.
IKS does not evaluate the protection and lawful processing of personal data, which is the basis of privacy, solely within the scope of compliance with the legislation; it also places the value it gives to people at the core of its approach. Acting with this awareness, IKS takes all necessary administrative and technical measures to securely store personal data and prevent its unlawful processing.

RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA OWNERS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW
IKS notifies data owners of their rights under Article 10 of the Law, guides them on how to exercise these rights, and establishes the necessary internal processes, administrative, and technical arrangements for all these.
Under Article 11 of the Law, personal data owners have the right to;
Learn whether their personal data is processed
Request information if their personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the intended purpose,
Know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
Request deletion or destruction of their personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the Law,
Request notification of the transactions (correction and deletion of data) made under subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the Law to third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred,
Object to a result that arises against them due to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages in case of damage caused due to unlawful processing of their personal data.
DATA SECURITY
IKS is obliged to take all necessary administrative and technical measures to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unlawful access to personal data, and ensure the protection of personal data at an appropriate security level.
In case of redirection from the website to other sites or applications, IKS has no information regarding the compliance of redirected sites and applications with the legislation on personal data protection and is not responsible for their privacy policies or content.
