Why Is High-Quality Lead Sheet Important?
When we talk about High Quality | High Purity, if a 3mm lead shielding is required for your project, pure lead creates a 100% block. However, to achieve the same effect with standard sheets, you would need to use 3.5mm or 3.6mm thickness. Even if used, standard sheets have a shorter lifespan, making high-purity lead sheets the ideal choice.
How Should Lead Doors and Lead Panels Be Designed?
The most important thing in this matter is that the lead must not be damaged. That is, it should be manufactured without using piercing or cutting fasteners. Our products are manufactured using cold pressing. (Hot pressing causes lead to melt at low temperatures and results in structural degradation). Door systems must be fully locked from the handle.
